Lead Designer · Brand & Product

Hi, I'm Shivam Panchal

About I'm Shivam Panchal — Lead Designer, Brand & Product,
10+ years in. I work from the business objective backwards: what it needs to do, before what it needs to look like. Brand systems, campaigns and product UI, usually on the same project, with
12+ AI tools in the workflow.
Currently leading creative direction
at Bridging Technologies.

From first concept and wireframe
to development-ready files.

Studio work

Selected work. Brand, product and campaign, end to end.

I work with startups, scaleups and
established brands
— usually when the brand and the product have drifted apart.

A cross-section of the work: what the brief was, and what it had to move.

Ten tools.

One point of view.

Figma, the Adobe suite, and a stack of AI tools running daily — Claude,
Firefly, Ideogram, Framer. They close the distance between idea and
artwork. Which direction the work takes is still my call.

Social Media

Campaign, launch creative · 2026

Content systems for brands shipping daily — one grid language, four formats, and templates in-house teams run without a designer in the loop.

Art direction, motion and reusable component kits in Figma, cutting production time per post from hours to minutes while holding each brand steady.

{{ o.label }}
Overview

The work spans health, wellness, beauty and tech — different audiences, same underlying problem: volume without drift.

Every set ships as an editable kit, so the brand survives the fiftieth post as well as the first.

Packaging & 3D

Label design, 3D renders · 2025

Structural design and photoreal renders across D2C ranges — systems of shapes, finishes and label rules that scale from a single SKU to a full shelf.

Dieline through render: material studies, finish tests and lighting setups delivered as production-ready artwork and marketing visuals from the same source file.

Packaging 3D
Overview

Ranges across supplements, personal care and FMCG, each built so new SKUs slot into an existing system rather than restarting it.

One source file serves print, e-commerce and campaign, which removes the usual gap between what's on shelf and what's on screen.

Mobile App

UI, design system · 2025

End-to-end product UI for consumer apps — wireframes, token-driven component libraries and development-ready screens across the full journey.

Interaction states, motion specs and accessibility rules documented alongside the design, so engineering builds from one source instead of interpreting comps.

Mobile App
Overview

Work spanning health tracking, commerce and service apps, each handed over as a system rather than a screen set.

Tokens and components carry into web and campaign, so the product and the marketing around it stay one thing.

Web Design

Identity, UI, landing pages · 2024–25

Marketing sites and landing pages built as systems — type scales, grids and section libraries that let teams ship new pages without new design.

Art direction, responsive behaviour and motion defined up front, then handed over as annotated components engineering can assemble directly.

{{ o.label }}
Overview

Sites across SaaS, wellness and services, most of them replacing pages that had been added one at a time until nothing matched.

The section library is the deliverable that outlasts the launch — new campaigns get built, not designed from scratch.

Print Collateral

Brochures, decks · 2023

Brochures, catalogues and event collateral held together by one editorial system — a grid, a type hierarchy and image rules that survive any page count.

Art direction through to press: layout, retouching direction, prepress checks and printer liaison, delivered as templates teams reuse each cycle.

Print Collateral
{{ o.label }}
Overview

One master grid across every format, so a four-page flyer and a forty-page catalogue read as the same brand.

Print-ready from the first file — bleeds, colour profiles and stock choices resolved in design, not in correction rounds.

Logos

Identity, guidelines · 2024

Marks built to work at every size — wordmarks, monograms and responsive lockup sets, each drawn from the same construction logic.

Concept through to guidelines: sketch exploration, optical correction, clear-space and misuse rules, and a full asset library for every format.

Overview

Identities across wellness, technology and retail, from single marks to full sub-brand families.

Each one tested small before it's tested large — favicon legibility decides the drawing, not the presentation board. Delivered with usage guidelines and a complete file set, so the identity holds up long after handover.
